Data Management

Many users wonder about privacy, so we'll get this out of the way first. Aurora Interactive is committed to protecting our users' privacy. We employ various industry-standard techniques to achieve as close to complete privacy protection as possible. We store account data, chat history, and character data in a database. Your data is protected with strong industry-standard encryption. This happens when it is stored ("at rest") and when it is being transferred ("in flight") using AES256-GCM and TLS 1.3, respectively, when beneficial. Our system's rich media (i.e. character images) is stored on an S3-compatible server and enhanced by a CDN, ensuring 99.99% uptime. The S3 CDN hostname is ai-chat-cdn.aurora-interactive.online.

AI Chat API

We made our own REST API to manage messages and AI chatting. This helps in developing and maintaining features more easily. This API also communicates with our in-house AI engine to respond to your messages. You may use this API as you wish, based on your subscription, through direct API requests or our official JavaScript/TypeScript SDK. You can find our API schema here. Web Interface

We provide an easy-to-use website (this page!) to use Aurora AI Chat. It contains all the functionality a user may expect.
